- What is NauticX.com?
With NauticX.com we established a trade spot focused on commercial vessels, marine engines and other maritime products and services. We want to help you to promote your company, present your products and grow your business. Basically our goal is to bring together sellers and buyers of maritime products. Every company or person can offer vessels, parts or equipment on NauticX.com for free. If a contact has been established NauticX.com shall not be involved in any following transactions between these parties.

- Who can do business with NauticX.com?
Basically we address our services to owners, operators, brokers or charterers of commercial vessels or other companies, involved in the marine or offshore business.

- What kind of products can I find on NauticX.com?
On NauticX.com companies offer various kinds of new and used products, related to the marine industry. We focus on commercial vessels, parts or equipment for the offshore industry.

- What other services can I find on NauticX.com?
We want to be Your Gate to the Marine Industry and offer you a broad range of marine services like our Marine Directory, a Cargo Exchange for open cargo or tramper vessels, transport solutions and many more.

- How do I register with NauticX.com?
Member registration with NauticX is free and simple. Simply click "Register Now" in the right navigation bar. Then enter your personal information in the form. Fields marked with (*) must be filled in (required fields). After you chose a username and a password you will be directed to your personal administration area where you can place, edit and delete products.

- How can I offer vessels or other products?
To offer a vessel or other products you have to be a registered member with NauticX.com. If you already have a username you can simply logon with the form in the right navigation bar. You will be directed to the administration area where you find all options to place a new product.

- Is it possible to show pictures of my product?
Yes, every user is allowed to load 3 pictures per item on our server. Each picture should not be larger that 30 kb and should not exceed 300 pixel in length and 200 pixel in width. You have always the possibility to add or delete pictures while your item is online.

- How can I contact a seller to get extra information?
If you are interested in a specific product you have the chance to contact the seller. On the screen with the detailed information to a product simply click the option "Contact Seller" and enter your personal note in the form. You can also decide if we tell the seller about your identity or not. We will pass your message to the seller and will get back to you as soon as possible.

- What are the fees on NauticX.com?
Registration with NauticX.com is free and for buyers all services are free of charge. Sellers pay a commission fee of 1 to 8%, depending on the price of the product. For further information on the fees please check our Terms&Conditions.

- How can I buy a product?
Simply browse through the various offers on our platform. If you are interested in a specific product, we will, after your authorization, establish a contact between you and the seller. NauticX.com is not involved in the following contractual relationship between the buyer and the seller. The parties have to discuss issues like transportation and payment before closing a deal.

- Do I always have control over my personal data?
Users on NauticX.com always have the total control over their personal data. We offer the possibility to edit data at any time. If a user terminates his membership with NauticX.com, all data is deleted immediately. We do not give or sell data, provided by our customers, to third parties for any advertising purpose
